The BA LL.B (5 Years) integrated programme is designed for students who aspire to pursue a career in law immediately after completing their higher secondary education.
The BA LL.B programme integrates social science subjects with professional legal education. It enables students to develop a comprehensive understanding of law in relation to society, governance, and public policy, while building strong legal reasoning and advocacy skills.
5 Years (10 Semesters)
10+2 (Intermediate) or equivalent examination from a recognized board with minimum qualifying marks as prescribed by the University and the Bar Council of India (BCI).
The objective of the BA LL.B programme is to provide early exposure to legal education while strengthening students’ understanding of social, political, and economic systems. The course emphasizes legal drafting, advocacy skills, ethical values, and professional responsibility.
Practical learning is an integral part of the BA LL.B curriculum. Students participate in moot courts, mock trials, drafting exercises, legal aid clinics, and court visits from the early semesters to gain real-world legal exposure.
Students are encouraged to undertake internships with advocates, law firms, corporate legal departments, NGOs, and courts during semester breaks, enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge in practical legal environments.
